Corin completed a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Guelph in 1999. In 2006 she studied traditional black and white photography at the Haliburton School of the Arts where she received the highest standing in the Sir Sanford Fleming College Photo Arts program. Since that time she has exhibited and sold her work in numerous art festivals and galleries in Ontario.
Her work, Legacy III, travelled to Golden, Colorado, USA in 2009 where it was awarded the grand prize in the environmental photography exhibition at the Colorado Environmental Film Festival. Her piece In Harmony was selected to be a part of the Triennial Exhibition at the Art Gallery of Peterborough in 2012.
Corin was the Artist In Residence at Quetico Provincial Park (near Thunder Bay Ontario) for 2 weeks in 2014. She travelled by canoe in the backcountry of this special wilderness gathering photographs and inspiration and presenting work to park visitors.
Christensen Fine Art Gallery in Peterborough hosted a solo exhibition of Corin’s work in April of 2018 during the SPARK Photography Festival. She has also exhibited several times at the Elaine Fleck Gallery in Toronto, most recently in spring 2020.
